750g vongole
olive oil, good quality
150ml dry white wine
4 garlic cloves, crushed
crusty bread to serve

heat oil in a pan over med-high heat. add garlic and cook until it starts to colour.

add vongole and white wine, tossing them in the pan until the vongole have opened. possibly not all vongole will open, if this is the case, refer to vongole tips and facts

serve with a drizzel of olive oil and crusty bread. perfect starter to enjoy with friends!
